Our Mission
The Horowhenua Community Camera Trust (HCCT) a registered charitable trust established by the Horowhenua District Council in 2004. HCCT’s mission is to support and promote safer communities through the use of safety cameras and in conjunction with the NZ Police, Councils, Community organisations and local Iwi.
